Let's Make Access to a Labor Union a Civil Right

When I read this article, I visioned yet another, intrusive, colossal government agency that wastes tax payer dollars and would probably offer little benefit to people. The idea is good....

It’s time to add the right to organize a labor union, without employer discrimination, to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, because that right is as fundamental as freedom from discrimination in employment and education.

...But it's the reality of the modern world that unions just don't have a place at the table anymore. Employers are not going to tolerate union bully tactics, strikes; businesses are not going to spend millions of dollars hiring lawyers to decipher stupid work rule proposals. Sorry to inform peeps, but unions are inefficient wastes of money, manpower and resources. For the 2 cents more per hour employees might get I'd dare say unions are NOT WORTH their membership fees.

  1. Unions are only here because of their ties to the Demoncrat Party. Snip the ties and unions die!
