Tearing Down The Islamic Wall of Smoke

If we're not at war with Islam, are we doomed? It seems the Obama Administration is slowly but surely tearing down the wall that President Bush built to protect Americans.

The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on Tuesday ordered the entire U.S. military to scour its training material to ensure it doesn’t contain anti-Islamic content, Danger Room has learned. The order came after the Pentagon suspended a course for senior officers that was found to contain derogatory material about Islam.

I find Islam to be derogatory as a rule. Many of the tenets and teachings inflate hate and mistrust; women and children are frowned upon and placed in the lowest ranks of society. And we don't want to upset Muslims? THEY FLEW PLANES INTO OUR BUILDINGS and LAUGHED as they collapsed.

So what was in this class that is so offensive??

...the class as including “the basic tenets of Islam; the context in which it was founded; the life of the Prophet Mohammed; Islam’s early development; the practice of Islam in various countries; the foundations and principles of terrorism; the roots of Islamic militancy, and a broad overview of various Islamic radical groups and their philosophies.”

I don't get it. And I bet not many in the ranks of the military get it either.

Flynn said he heard about the objectionable material on Friday after a colonel enrolled in the course complained about the anti-Islam lessons. “We looked at it and we found the material to be objectionable and we started digging into it to see, how did the course get this way?” Flynn said.

ONE person complained? Give me a break. I bet he was paid to complain...or he's sympathetic to the Islam way of life. Political correctness gone wild, is all this is.
