I made some bread yesterday. Using my simple recipe for a loaf of no-knead sourdough, I put it in the oven for 10 minutes to let it “set”; then I took it out, wrapped the loaf in tin foil and put in on cast iron, and placed the pan on the grille. Cooked it for just under 40 minutes and looky how it turned out.
This loaf has garlic and onion powder sprinkled on top…it was very good although very un-loaf shaped. We served it up with a soup and salad…’twas yummy.
