So was baking this Apple-Rum Cheesecake:
I cooked up a BIG batch of Cranberry-Apple butter as well.
1) Boil the cranberries.
3) Toss the mixture into a big crock pot and cook overnight, on Low. (yeah I know, this looks kind of scary. But it will be yummy and it smells AWESOME!!!!)
4) In the am, let the butter cool off. Serve on biscuits or toast or anything else…then jar up the rest for the winter.
